Marina Mincuzzi is a free lance artist and an ongoing student of art and fashion. She experiments with design as an art form. One of Marina's ancestors, a Byzantine princess, lived in exile in Sardinia where she created elaborate embroidered mosaic using glass beads and precious stones.

 

Marina carries on this tradition and she makes each mosaic 

by hand to create unique works of art. Also an avid photographer, with the advent of You Tube,

she discovered a passion for filmmaking and enjoys finding 

unique locations.

Marina's work has also been selected for inclusion in the "International Contemporary Artists" art book, volume XI, edited by I.C.A. Publishing, New York. The book was published in June 2016.

In May 2016, Marina's work was awarded The International Prize Colosseo in Rome and published in the Art International Contemporary Magazine, issue #3.
